Below are a few unsolicited comments from several FAS users. These florists are not compensated representatives, installers, trainers, or product advisors for FAS. They didn’t receive a penny for anything they said about FAS or its products. They are just “regular” florists who share a normal florist-vendor relationship with FAS. FAS strives to achieve this same level of customer satisfaction with all of its customers. Florists’ satisfaction with FAS’s products and services is what keeps these shops FAS users for 10, 20, 30 years, or longer.

I thank you and your staff for always being there for myself and my staff during our times of need. I have been a FAS user since September 28, 1999. I am convinced there is nothing better out there for our industry. I always enjoy your newsletters and look forward to them. The knowledge and information you share is beyond compare for any one publication when spare time is a critical issue. … We have had a tough year here in southeast Florida, the above-mentioned lightning and then two hurricanes to pass over our town within three weeks of each other. It will be a while before things are totally back to normal but knowing your tech support team of Cynthia, Russell, Jennifer (whoever repaired my admin terminal and shipped it back same day!) and all the others are there when we need them is a huge comfort. They get my applause and are due much credit for helping me get back into business after each of the storms! Please tell them all how much I appreciate their knowledge and patience of my MANY recent desperate phone calls. They are the best!

I am just sending you a message to say how much we appreciate the 2002 update. The improvements that were incorporated truly made things run smoother and more efficiently. There were two major improvements that really seemed to make a big difference. First, were the messages being attached to each wire-in order. It really made managing the wire-in and outs much easier. You can see all the activity for each order at the touch of a button. This is especially useful when messages are flying back and forth and a person has a tough time knowing if a rejected order has been sent out or not. All they have to do is pull up the order and check the messages for the order and all the correspondence is right there. Secondly, the quick change for the orders was a very welcome change. As you probably well know, Christmas is a big time for customers placing orders and then calling back changing something on the invoice. The quick change functions were surely a time saver.
These are only two changes I pointed out, but I feel that this year especially, the upgrades seemed to really go far in improving the speed and accuracy of the system. Thank you.

Just a long overdue note to let you know how much I enjoyed the FAS users? conference. The sessions were very informative and a good review as well. I picked up on some new ideas and uses of our system. I have found FAS to be an excellent operating system and software program. I teach a business class for the Texas State Florist Association several times a year and always get asked which computer system I use. I always, without reservation, say the system you want is FAS.
Thanks for taking the time to educate your users. We all appreciate everything you and your staff does for us. I have been so pleased with every aspect of FAS from the purchase to the installation to the support and updates. Thank you for what you do for us as retail florists.

Just a note to let you know I will not be able to attend the seminar. I did though feel that I should let you know just how we feel about the system. It?s been installed for about six months now and our store has made a complete turn-around. We are so organized now I just find it hard to believe!
The FAS system is the best system I have ever seen and worked with to organize and manage a florist business. I have had long term goals that are all coming true now! Finding invoices in seconds, even with over 10,000 invoices on file, instead of digging through files. We can retrieve customer information in seconds. Reports for managing in seconds. The FAS system is GREAT. It?s truly a dream come true for us! The FAS system is so easy to operate. I love it. Our help loves it. Truly, we could not exist without it.
I have been pleased with the warm personality that every FAS representative has, and impressed by how fast any questions and problems are solved.

My mouth is still wide open in awe of the exceptional and extraordinary service we received in our time of distress. We came in to work on a Monday only to find a ?fatal read error? and be computerless. Not only were we forced to take orders by hand with no database available, but our credit card funding with Teleflora which we count on daily ceased.
Our staff contacted FAS support and we were advised to Federal Express overnight the hardware. They advised us that if all things went well, it would be shipped back to us the next day. (I didn?t think that was really possible.) Not only were they able to recover all data, but they did exactly what they said!
The equipment was returned to us Wednesday AM. Then, the overwhelming task of connecting 18 cables that looked like a giant spaghetti pile began. Through painstaking efforts on FAS support and myself, we were online within 3 hours.
What impressed me more than anything, was the extraordinary service! Your staff CARED!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart… I am so glad I chose Floral Accounting Systems 5 years ago.

I can say we are most happy with the system to date. And more importantly, what sold me on your company, we have had nothing but excellent support from your helpful, friendly staff. I know there are more things we need to learn about the system, but we are very pleased with the ease of operation.
Mark did a nice job installing our system and was very helpful in training. He has followed up with a daily close-out sheet which I have found most helpful with a couple of modifications.
We are looking forward to a long, mutually beneficial relationship with your company and hope to add other components as my understanding of the system progresses.
